contact  about

‘War is stupid’ is the working title of this body of works, the title lends from the lyrics of the 1980’s Culture Club hit ‘The War Song’

This series of works uses Army Surplus tents as the point of departure. Ideas around conflict, boarders and territory are played out along side thinking about shelter, home and memory. This is an ongoing series of large scale paintings started in 2021.
